Has anyone information on towabilty of a CTS RWD 3.6 L V6 wagon?

Have been looking, but no buying yet. Test drove and tried CRV, Jeep, Outlook, Vue, Equinox, Traverse, Acadia, Tahoe, Edge, Marier, MKX, Flex.... new 2010 SRX is towalble, much like Equinox, older ones are not. Local dealer has a 2010 CTS wagon in stock, but don't know any dinghy specs on it, not listed in MH mag list.

Wife has a bad back from scoloisis and need comfy seats, with both sides driver and pass dual heated leather both sides, with lumbar, 5 pass or larger would be fine, love the Tahoe LTZ &, Escalade platform ride, a bit heavy to tow. A Saturn Vue test drove had heated seats, but not the easiest to bend over to adjust.

MH magazine doesn't list it as towable, and Remco states;

2008 - 2010 Cadillac *CTS

Transmission:
6L50

Application Notes

Must be towed a trailer. Includes CTS-V, manual transmission.

Have you looked at the Buick Enclave? It is similar in size and weight to the GMC and Chevy, but a lot more luxurious. It is towable 4-down.
Good Luck, Indiana Journey

I also found this to answer my own question, and same as from route 66 :

From a chat window with a Cadillac Rep:

This is the notes which I show in my resources for dinghy towing for the 2010 CTS: If the vehicle is towed with all four wheels on the ground, the drivetrain components could be damaged. The repairs would not be covered by the vehicle warranty. Do not tow the vehicle with all four wheels on the ground. The vehicle was not designed to be towed with all four wheels on the ground. If a rear wheel-drive vehicle must be towed, a dolly or a trailer should be used. If an all-wheel-drive vehicle must be towed, a trailer should be used.

Been trying to find a vehicle that consolidates a couple of older ones that are not towable, and still have a nice ride. We are spoiled with the ride in our SLS sedan and T&C minivan, which also get better mpg than anything we've looked at so far.

Thanks for the help and still looking for a dinghy, not in any hurry as we use a aging Ranger now, but the wife hates the ride.
