Dead Battery on Dollied Toad

We're off on our journey and first leg ( about 7 hours ) went fine. But today, we wen't about 5hours and the DW's 2007 Nissan toad's battery was dead when we stopped for the night. It was Dollied and nothing was left on on the car that I could tell. this car has a key fob that you don't have to use for the ignition. Just have to carry it with you and has a push button start. I did have it in my pocket while driving the MH but the most it would do is beep the horn or pop the trunk if it got pushed while in my pocket. I don't know if it was a freak thing of if there is a problem with dollying the car. Can't see where that would be a problem though. Perhaps it's just a bad battery. I jumped it with the MH battery and started right up and after about 20 minute running, it started fine after that. I guess we'll see after tomorrow's leg if it happens again. Anyone ever have this problem or can offer an explanation?

Nope, but then we have a Honda Odyssey on a dolly.

The only time I had battery trouble with it was towing it four down and had to leave the key on in the "accessory" position.

I can't think of any reason for the battery to discharge that soon if the vehicle is turned off.
