Demco customer service is the best

Last month while stowing my 2 yr old Demco KK460SS tow dolly I discovered evidence of weld failures on several components. A call to Demco in the morning and several pictures emailed to them at their request resulted in a phone call that afternoon from them directing me to a local distributor for a swap of my dolly for a brand new one! Easy Peasy! Thanks to Jared K in Sales for all of his assistance. This was my third occasion to interact with Demco (purchase, advice, service) and I have to say they are tops in my book. The dolly? Love it, no regrets for the purchase, it serves my needs completely. A quality piece of equipment from a company that really cares about it's customers.

This is great to hear. We've been looking at the Demco Kar Kaddy SS and where a little sticker shocked. But after hearing your story we're more comfortable paying the big bucks.

I bought mine used last year, third owner. When I bought it both fenders had cracks where the rivets are. Called Demco, they sent me two fenders free and no shipping charge.

Even better. Now I just have to find one used in my area.
