Demco towbar plugin wiring harness

Demco, not Remco.

I have found that Demco makes a plug in tow bar pigtail/wiring harness for the toad lights. It has plugs to go in the car's wiring harness. It doesn't have diodes. Has anyone used one of these? They make them for several models of vehicle.

We have a 2015 Fiat 500 stick shift we tow. Works great btw. As the ignition is off and there is no power to the lights I wonder if diodes are necessary?

Demco towbar plugin wiring harness

NN,
Hopkin's does not have a toad wiring harness specifically made for a 2015 Fiat 500 that I can find. They do have one to be able to tow a trailer. Or a generic one to splice in.

I have the harness on my Chev Equinox....works great. Do see the feedback to the MH if I hit the Toad brakes, tho.

Does the Fiat 500 have room in the lens 's for a separate bulb and socket ?

Funny thing is I just purchased a 2013 Fiat 500 3 days ago.........but its automatic and I have no plans to use it as a toad....just bought it as a " toy "...we are very happy towing our Honda Fit
