Dodge Ram toad

Am getting ready to tow my 2008 ram 1500 quad 4x4 flat and am looking for advice on which braking system has the least alterations done to the vehicle. I was planning on buying magnetic towing lights that will plug into my Vectra instead of trying to use the toads power. Is there a system that will just activate brakes without needing any external power sources?

Cheers

John

First post I see.
There are several , radio signal controlled , towed vehicle brake systems out there, but they do rely on battery power from the towed vehicle , so depending on the length of time you tow and brake use you may require, a charge wire to avoid a dead battery on arrival.
The magnetic mount lights , require caution running the wires , over the toad, as movement of the wiring in the wind behind the coach can chafe the paint.
