After much consideration, I've decided to use a dolly (KarKaddy SS) which comes with brake assist. The cost is about $2,100 versus the nearly $4,000 for towing 4-down. Another feature is that if we trade toads, we don't have to outlay more more money to prepare it. Also, my Jeep is a '93 which means the odometer will rack up the miles. As for storage, the dolly is 133" which is collapsible to 67" and it fits under the back end of the motor home. I think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages in this case. Comments on this choice are welcome.
