double towing

I'm sure the question has been asked, but i would like to know if towing a vehicle and a seadoo behind my motorhome is legal in Ontario.

Don't trust any published information or opinions. Go stright to your DOT and get the info from the people who will give you a ticket if you are not legal while on the road. Most published information says it can be done in the state of Kansas. However info from the Kansas DOT "It can be done if the toad and whatever you have connected to the toad both have active brakes." This is because to many people were doing exactly what you want to do (personal watercraft on small trailer -with no brakes- as the last item).

it looks like this is legal in ontario, canada with exceptions:
