Doughnut tire on toad.

Noticed a blister on side of tire when stopped at rest stop. called Coach Net and they wanted to haul car to tire shop for replacement. Being Sat afternoon on Easter Weekend I new I would be sitting till Monday for replacement. Also I was on a fast trip home for a death so didn't have time to wait.
Had spare put on and went for it.

Tire made it home 1000 miles and looked like new.

They maybe UGLY but got the job done.

later

Most temporary spares are to be run no more than 80 miles. You were lucky, I'd replace the tire for the next time. In addition, if it was on a drive axle, the different size may have put undue wear on the differential.

FWD that's why I put it on rear.

I've seen 50 miles at no more than 50 mph on our Honda's.
