Dual receiver hitch with tandem trailer

Anyone towing a tandem trailer with a dual hitch and bicycle rack? We would like to have the option to tow all of the toys. We have an Entegra Aspire, tandem tow dolly by Landgrebe TD48, 2008 Saturn Vue, Honda VTX 1800 and Swagman xp3 carrier for 2 bikes.

Most dual hitch set ups come with a warning to reduce the tow capacity.
Any way to set up a bike rack on the dolly ?
I'll look for the warning.

EDIT: Reese Hitch has changed their web address, I'll have to dig around.

The three, hitches I can find at Camping World, come with a warning to reduce tow capacity to 4,000 lbs.
