Duncan Base Plate Options

I just purchase a Geo Tracker to tow behind my RV. It is all set up with a Duncan base plate and Towmatic II tow bar. This setup is pretty old and I would like to update to something newer without changing my base plate. What adapters are available for getting a newer tow bar that can be made to fit this Duncan Base Plate?
