Smile 2012 Honda CRV

My owner's Manual for the 2012 Honda CRV on Page 255 states

"Your vehicle can be towed behind a motorhome"

It goes on to list the procedure to follow before towing the vehicle.

My apologies...I stand corrected. I was reading page 360 in the owners manual about emergency towing and not page 255 where it gives the procedures for towing behind a motorhome (same procedures that have been in place for the CRV's for a few years)

No biggie. (I'm usually the one who's incorrect ...haha.)

I'm an Ebay junkie and a DIY'er. Stowmaster 5000 $180, baseplates new $300 (last ones before price increase, lucky me), BrakeBuddy Classic w/alert monitor and breakaway system $465. All are new or just like new and work like a champ. I'll take $945 any day. FYI Yhe baseplates on my 2004 Wrangler were an easy install, bolt on with one 1/2" hole to drill. Less than an hour.

I paid about that much, but, it included Tow bar, Built in lights for towed, air brake diaphragm on towed, and splitting the drive shaft on a Ford Expedition. All hardware and labor was included. Smitty's in Houston.
