Even Brake, looking for an answer

just completed a 1700 mile trip with my Evenbrake brakemaster system. problem is it only worked occasionally. when I hook up the car (2001 Saturn SL1) properly & run all the pretrip tests, everything is normal & monitor in RV says tests are all good. but when I start driving & need to apply the brakes ---system doesn't always work. I don't think there is any electrical interference from the RV. I've had this system over 3 years and Roadmaster has sent both new monitors last year trying to correct problem without any success. to make this problem even more confusing, system seems to work better in the summer months. I've tried everything I can think of but problem still exists. I'm looking for someone who may have had a similar problem and have an answer. Roadmaster & I are both dumbfounded on why it won't work every time.
