Our supplemental brake system is a Toad Stop II by Blue Ox. Recently, for the second time in 3.5yrs and over 20K towing miles, the cable that is attached to the brake pedal has broken. Since we were somewhat near Pender, NE, we made an appointment (they need two days lead time) at the factory to have it looked at. At no charge, Ray replaced the cable (it's all hidden under the carpet and door molding), moved the blue box back to it's original position in the cargo area behind the back seat, and made some adjustments to the brake settings. Right next door to the factory, Blue Ox has a very nice RV park with full hookups which is free to customers with appoinments or to those, I believe, who are passing through and have a Blue Ox product on their motorhome or tow car.
