Finally a decision once more on Toad

Looks like after all is said and done we are going to go with the 2014 Subaru Forester manual of course. Good ground clearance and AWD. Was looking like many at the Jeep and the CR-V. This appears to be a good compromise. Will need to drive it some times when not towing. Not comparing Forester to Jeep for off road of course.

Be sure the Subaru your considering is towable. It seems that I read that Subaru's are not towable because of something with the front wheel geometry.

Subaru says if it has a manual transmission you can tow 4 down. Automatic is a BIG NO-NO!
Good luck and safe travels!

The Forester, Outback, and CRV were our final choices. Although I went with the CRV for the automatic trans, I'm sure you'll be happy with the Subaru. Lots of happy people it there towing Subarus.
