Well today I went out and put my truck in tow mode Neutral and it worked great. I also found out by reading the manual that I tow in park and the wheel does not lock. This way I can lock the truck and don't need to leave the key in the ignition. SWEET!!

When it is all said and done

Well, rather than rush to tow my truck and all the expense to getting it ready to tow.\
I have decided to rent a car when we go to the Black Hills next month. This way I can take my time looking for a toad instead of towing my heavy truck.

I haven't decided whether to bring the motorcycle on the cycle lift on the back of the motor home yet. Probably not because the wife really hates getting up close and personal with the buffalo..lol

Thanks to everyone that shared their information with me.

Ken

Mine tows in park also but I have to leave the key in the ignition so the front wheels don't lock with the steering wheel. I did that once and was lucky to only have to buy one new tire.
