Flat quote to flat tow

I'm checking with RV dealers in our region about setting up our a Greyhawk C with our Jeep Cherokee for towing. The first proposal is for $4,028.00 for Falcon II, base plate and Rvi 2 supplemental breaking system. They felt they needed 2 days to do the job.

Any thought? Personally I think the are high.

I spent 3k to have my Chevy CrewCab and coach set up with blueox tow bar and base plates, and an M&G Industries brake system.

I paid about $3k including installation for a full tow set up for my 2015 Cherokee (in March), which included a discount since I bought my coach at the same dealer.........

Price out the components....$ 400 for base plate, $ 600 for Towbar, $ 1200 for brake system = $ 2200 parts. Competent installer should be able to complete in about 6 hrs max. @ $ 80. ? per hour. Looks like $ 2,700 + misc bits & pieces = $ 3,000 max ??
Have a look at Readybrute Elite system with integrated brake setup.

Exactly - I prefer this dealer and the parts, but I think an in person visits is needed to clarify his "rough" quote.
