Flat towing 2011 4WD GMC Sierra

Has anyone towed a 2011 4WD GMC Sierra? I'm ready to sell our Ford Edge, we have the Sierra which is supposed to be towable, but I don't want to get rid of the Edge before being certain of the Sierra!!

Check the owners manual under recreational towing. If it has a manual transfer case with a neutral position, it should be towable, but check the manual before you try it.

I have a 03 Tahoe with the push button transfer and have been flat towing it since 08 with out any problems. Just follow instructions in owners manual.I. Have the dw do the inside while I am hitching up the tow bar.

Since it is 4wd and if it has a neutral position on the transfer switch it is flat towable. I tow a 09 Chevrolet silverado 4wd all of the time flat. It towes great. I haul a harley davidson uc on the back of the truck.

We tow a 2011 Sierra Crew 4x4. Transfer case in neutral and go!!!
