I converted my 2008 Town and Country with a Remco trans pump back in 2008 and it DID NOT work (I posted my problems previously). Hopefully erstanfo has better luck...
My problems dealt with the transmission getting too hot while being towed. Whenever the air temp was over 80 degrees, it would tow fine for about two hours. After that, the fluid pressure monitor would start to 'chirp' like it was losing pressure. I spoke to Remco a number of times, had parts replaced, and still had the problem. I also have a DP so the heat of the engine is coming right onto the van. If you have a gasser, you may have better luck.
So if you have a gasser and will only tow it on short trips or in the winter (and if something on the T&C trans changed since 2008), you may be in luck. I eventually gave up on the T&C and bought a Jeep which is VERY easy to tow.
