Ford F250 LWB, 8' Box

Hi,

Looking at Ford F250 Superduty Crew Cab with 8' box. Very long vehicle. Would tow behind 43' DP. Anyone with experience? Pros and cons? Attraction for me is that I could carry 8' long ATV or motorcycle in back without additional lift or racks for toys.

Thanks.

Jim

We pull a Silverado 1500 with a long wide bed and an extended cab. No problems with the 450 HP Cummins, but be advised you'll be overlength in a bunch of states. We've pulled overlength for about 200,000 miles without a problem, but I do not go into California, for a LARGE number of reasons, length among them.
