I would like to buy a ford flex but I don't know if it can be towed with all4 down

But-
There's a discussion about towing the Flex at towing 4 wheels down : Ford Flex Forum
You don't say what year Flex you're looking at and this discussion is about 2010 models...
But it's a place to start!

Unless something changed in the last couple of months, the Flex is towable 4 down in FWD and AWD. Best way to determine this is go to the dealer, look at an owners manual.
