I have an 08 Explorer Sport Trac, had the neutral tow kit installed in April by the dealer since then I've been having a lot of trouble with it. It can take anywhere from 1 to 10 attempts for the process to work. First part of the process (neutral and turning key to off, light comes on) works every time. Next step press the brake and press 4X4 auto is where I'm haveing problems. The light comes on very sporadically, when it does come on you can hear a clicking in the transmission/console area.

It's going in to the dealer next week to be checked but wondering if anyone else has run into this problem before?

Thanks
