We just traded our Wrangler for a used 2011 Terrain SLT2 6 cyl fwd. It was already set up with a baseplate (Road Master) and wiring harness. The rest of the stuff should be all set within the next week. It is our understanding that when the fuse identified in the owner's manual is pulled it will not display an accumulation of towed miles. Our fuse happens to be #32 if I recall correctly. It is near the floor in the fuse box on the passenger side of the vehicle. We now have a switch mounted on the fuse box cover that we merely turn to the "off" position when towing. A lot easier than opening the fuse box and physically removing the fuse. Good luck with yours. We couldn't stand the rough ride of the Wrangler any longer. Great toad but not the kind of vehicle we enjoy riding in. Owned three other jeeps in the past and enjoyed them all. Guess these sore bones are just looking for comfort these days!
