Your "bump steer" condition has nothing to do with Dynamic Traction Control. The #32 fuse that you pull simply shuts down power to certain constant drain dash accessories. The DTC is only functional when the vehicle is being driven with power supplied to the vehicle's ECM. When the key is in the ACC or OFF position no power is being supplied to the ECM.

Please let us know what the dealership finds regarding the "bump steer" condition. I hope who ever works on it knows more than the person you spoke with about the DTC.

I believe your signature indicates you have a 2016 Equinox with the V6.

Whereas the 4 cylinder Equinox and Terrain have electric power steering, isn't the V6 vehicles equipped with conventional hydraulic power steering?

Not sure....just asking for confirmation.

Yes, the 6 cyl Terrain and Equinox have hydraulic power steering, that's one reason why I bought it.
