Great experience with Brake Buddy!!

Great experience with Brake Buddy!! Contacted brake buddy and informed them our brake buddy was not working. After trying a procedure they recommended by e-mail without results we were told to mail it to them. Brake Buddy mailed in on Monday and back to us by that Thursday!! Amazing!!!

I have not had a Brake Buddy fail, but there have been some problems with accessories and the customer service was very fast. I had problems with my remote 2 years ago. No questions asked they sent me a new one overnight (they knew I was leaving on a trip). They didn't even want the old one back. Great folks to work with!

That is great to read of a company that understands the value of customer service. I purchased a used Brake Buddy over 11 years ago. I have been fulltime with that same unit since then, without one hiccup.

Last Fall I pulled into a campground to find my older Brake Buddy dead. Called BB they gave me a three day turn around (after they received it). Not only did they replace the dead compressor but they up graded the control panel from analog to current digital. All for $145. Got me back on the road, great service.

I had a compressor go out. Like others have mentioned, quick diagnosis and turnaround with no questions. Great customer service.
