Frequently we hear complaints about companies that do not provide good customer service, but I just had a great experience from Blue Ox and had to balance the scales a bit.
I bought a base plate for my Grand Cherokee on eBay about a month ago. Finally getting around to the actual installation I laid all the parts out on the garage floor before I tore the front end off the Jeep. Lo and behold I was short 2 critical backer plates needed for the job. I called Blue Ox on Saturday afternoon and talked to Roxanne Simonsen in their customer service department. She found the parts right away on her computer and I placed the order. Only one problem... one of the parts was out of stock and would have to be manufactured. Long story short, they made the part, powder coated it and shipped the entire order out by FedEx on Monday. I got the package on Wednesday. The price for the parts and shipping was also very reasonable.
That's what I call great service!

It's good to hear the goods news. Blue Ox must know the value of good will and customer service.
Thanks for sharing that.

Blue Ox has always been responsive. Another benefit of buying into Blue Ox is if their support team is in the field they will come and find you and inspect, adjust or repair your equipment as necessary and in most cases for free.

I might add that if you have an issue with one of their products and are in that area of Nebraska, they have a very nice campground with 14 full-hookup sites at which you may stay for no charge.
If you have no problem and wish to tour the factory, you are also welcome to stay overnight if space is available.
BlueOx is very customer oriented.
