GREAT! Service from Ready Brake
I've had a Ready Brake ReadyBrute Elite tow bar for 2.5 years and I tow almost 8,000 miles per year. For about a year I had a dual hitch receiver and carried a power wheelchair in a basket above the tow bar. Somehow the basket, although rated for 500 pounds but only carrying 125 pounds, bent along the shaft and began beating up my ReadyBrute. I have since tossed the basket and had double knee replacement surgery and eliminated the need for a wheelchair.
I was in eastern Kansas this weekend and noticed signs for Iola, KS, where Ready Brakes are made. I decided to drop in and didn't have a chance to call ahead for an appointment. This morning I walked in asking to buy some replacement parts. Brad came out and helped me unhook the car, removed my tow bar and took it inside to refurbish it.
I took the toad and ran some errands. About 2 hours later, Brad comes out with my tow bar, parts replaced and looking OH so much better. He then helped me reinstall the ReadyBrute, adjust the cables and reconnect my toad.
Gulping, I went inside to pay for the repairs. Not only were the parts reasonably priced, but there was NO labor charges.
I can't say enough good things about the people at NSA RV Products in Iola, KS! I am so thankful to once again have a safe, legal towing system in place and this is a true Made in the USA product by people who care.
If you are thinking about adding a toad to your RV, look at Ready Brake first. You won't be sorry!
