Help 9400 even brake won't get past test

It only makes it to test two and never test three and goes red? Move the system to a new jeep by a authorized installer and I'm stuck. What I mean by only test two is it only pushes the brake pedal twice and stops with red test results. Also I can't change any of the settings on the box like presure or sensitivity

Any help

Try this:

Unplug power from car socket.
Unplug small cord from ICX transmitter.
Unplug motorhome receiver.
Adjust seat so there is about 1 inch of space between the box handle and the seat.
Plug motorhome receiver in to power.
Plug small cable from box into ICX transmitter.
Plug power cord of box in to 12 volt socket.
Retest.
If it fails again, see if there is a message on the receiver in the motorhome.
Is this a new ICX transmitter? (as in a 2nd vehicle kit.) If so, it needs to be paired with the receiver. Instructions in back of book.
If the setup was moved from a previous vehicle then the installer probably messed up the ICX transmitter wiring.
