Input from others towing a Ford Fusion Hybrid

I am interested in hearing from others who are towing or have towed a Ford Fusion Hybrid. I am looking into the Fusion Hybrid and so far I am very impressed. Feedback from others about the ease of hooking up and towing would be very helpful. I would also be interested in learning where the tow bar base plate was installed, I am asking about the shop that installed. It seems to me that with most newer cars need some type of minor modification for the base plate install.

Thanks
