Inspect toad towing hardware

I inspected my roadmaster towing hardware on my toad today, all looks good. Found the easiest way to inspect the main bolts is to remove the headlights. Very easy remove two bolts on each side and the headlight assembly slides off (2012 ford focus).

I chose to have the brackets welded in place after bolting. Better than loctight.
