Checked with my dealer today and found that TSB doesn't apply to my Jeep for some reason. The only thing they have for mine is an update to fix the steering wheel heat, which I don't often use here in Florida.

Shouldn't take much effort to check the VIN. I walked in and they checked it out for me on the spot.

When you bought your 2016 Cherokee did they do the Service Bulletin 08-022-16 update for Cheerokees with build date before 02/16/2016? I read on another post about this service bulletin will install a accessory kit to "Enhance Flat Tow Performance" to correct the problem that others had with the wobbling while flat towing. When I asked the dealers around where I live they have no idea what Im talking about untill I show them the service bulletin. Still waiting on info from the dealer about this and if the VIN of the one I want is on the list.

This is where I saw the info about the Service Bulletin:

Thanks,

For all of you who posted info regarding the purchase of a used 2014-15 Cherokee, thank you for the info. I decided to pull the trigger on a new 2016 Latitude with Active Drive II.

We have what you are buying. Love it - previously we had 6 Durango's - sometimes his and her's except for the size, the Jeep is a much better vehicle. Here in snow country it did exceptionally well this winter.
