Been using the Mopar harness for about 2 years, 15,000 miles, and hasn't racked up any miles

When I picked up my wiring harness this morning from Chrysler, the service manager told me that it is not likely to work until they recode the computer to recognize it....is that BS or did you guys have to have that done as well?

We went with COOLTECH and with nary a problem, but will agree that if there is one, this company most likely will not be one that you would like to deal with. I think it's a little family outfit with children handling the customer service end and did sound like one on their voice mail. In fact and I couldn't even get anyone to return my calls or emails, when doing my research. Most, like me, just ordered online and the product was delivered promptly and works better than others for the JK Wrangler. Just plug in and play for ease of installation, as well.
