We have an unwriiten law. When we pull out my wife goes back to the toad and watchs to make sure ALL the wheels are turning as I pull forward slowly.

She checks that the flashers are operating and the steering wheel is loose.

I drug a toad about 50 feet one time when someone had set the emergency brake.

I couldn't tell it was set when I pulled forward with the coach but she spotted it.

ALWAYS do a walk around.

A big X2. I strongly suggest you also do the same walk around at each stop, especially checking all pins, fasteners, cables, etc.

Mike

Every time we stop I grab my IR gun and check all tires on both vehicles.

Occasionly check the rear end and exhaust temps.

Gets me some exercise and a chance to eyeball things.
