Kudos to Brake Buddy

I recently received my new brake buddy. Purchased from an RV Dealer. It seems there was a mix-up with the break away connector, the lead was the old style which had two banana plugs. The new style has one connector.

I contacted brake buddy and they promptly sent out the new style lead.
I am sure happy with the service. I am going to return the wrong one.

It was very disappointing to have the dealer where I bought it to say they were not responsible for the mistake and that I had to deal with Brake Buddy.

This took place in about an hour after I purchased the new unit for $1800 dollars.

We are on the look out for a new Class A I can assure you we will not deal with the people who refused to help us.

Kudos to Brake Buddy
