Land Cruiser

I am looking at a 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser to use as a toad. I think I would have to add front locking hubs and a drive shaft dis-connector. Does anyone have any experience with land cruises as toads, and any suggestions?

If it has a manual transfer case you should be ok with it placing the transfer case in neutral bypasses all the four wheel drive . I have always towed grand cherokees
they are roomy easy to hook up and towing is great I just back it up attatch the tow bar with 2 clips hook up the lights and safety cables
