Looking for Mounting Bracket

Getting ready to leave on our first extended trip, tenatively scheduled for September 1. Yesterday we bought a 2012 Ford Edge to be utilized as our dinghy. I have a Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar that came with the MH when we bought it. Today I started looking for a Roadmaster mounting bracket to fit the Edge. I Called Roadmaster many times before I finally got to speak to someone. They told me they do not have any of the kits I need (#524426-1) that they are on back order. They also don't know when they will start fabrication on a new batch of kits, could be 2 to 4 weeks, if then. I don't have enough time to wait 4 weeks for them to build a kit plus a week in transit then a few days for installation so I have a couple questions.
1. Any suggestions where I might find a Roadmaster kit?
2. Will other brands of mounting brackets fit and work with my Roadmaster tow bar?
3. What are some other high quality tow bar brands?
Any suggestions/comments are appreciated!

If Blue Ox has base plates for the 2012 Edge, you can get a adapter for a Roadmaster tow bar.

Try Trailer hitch, hitches and bike rack (800)298-8924 they seem pretty well stocked and ship quickly. Best of all, they communicate throughout the process.
