Looking for Tire Recommendations for 2005 Honda CRV

Time to change out tires on our toad, 2005 Honda CRV. The current tires, General Altimax turned out to be junk with all 4 developing bad belts. General replaced them once under warranty but do not want to go down that road again. The original Bridgestone's had a terrible hydroplaning issues. As we live in Connecticut and get to deal with all 4 seasons (especially snow), looking for a good all around tire. Any feedback would be appreciated. Tim

I replaced the original Bridgestone's on our Honda CRV with Michelin Latitude tires. Much quieter tire, and great traction in our 4 inch snowfalls and ice storms we get here. Just got back from a 800 mile trip in the Honda driving through 2 days of rain and no problems at all with the wet roads.

We changed to Hankooks several years ago and have been very pleased. Hankooks for motor homes are also available.

Our 2002 CRV has had Michelin "XRADIAL" tires for three years. Beast tire we've ever had on that car, bar none!
