I am going to install a m&g brake system on my 2011 wrangler sahara.I just got the jeep and was looking under the hood last night and the anti-lock brake system is mounted right in front of the brake fluid reservior. It don't look like there is going to be enough room to install the m&g braking spool without moving something. has anyone installed one of these on a newer warngler and if so did you have this problem. if anyone has some photos of a install that would be great
P.S I just ordered the braking system yesterday and have not got it yet. i was just trying to get a head start.

It'll work just fine. M&G can email you a sheet detailing the installation. I just did it to both of our 2012 Rubicons. I have photos but they are submitted to RV Magazine for an upcoming article so can't release them at this time.

Basically, what you do is unbolt the ABS module, remove the wiring plug from it, and lift the module offto the side. You then use a die grinder to remove the plastic baffle wall between the ABS and ECM. The you drill one hole into the plastic floor beneath it and remount the ABS module next to the ECM. That gives you enough room to install the M&G module.

The M&G braking system is the best there is and it'll work well on your Sahara.

Are you leaving the steel brake lines that go between the abs system and the master cylinder and moving both? they are hooked together with lines.

I never had to remove any lines. They are long enough and hang down below so it's easy enough to bend them as needed to maneuver around.

Another option is SMI's Air Force One. When I had s 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee I looked at the M&G but it would not fit. I now have a 2012 Explorer and it too doesn't look like it could support the M&G.
