monaco 2011 riptide towing a hyundai elantra touring 2009

Help! What do I need? And what do I need to do.. IE... tow bar, neutral? help totally green here.

First of all you need to find out if the Elantra is towable 4 down. I don't think it is but look in your owner's manual. If it isn't you will either have to get a transmission pump installed on top of all the towing equipment or get a tow dolly, if it is a front wheel drive.
