Motorcycle carrier on toad CRV

I’ve got mixed feelings about mounting a motorcycle carrier to my toad a 2006 Honda CRV. I’m hoping to be able to take my dual sport motorcycle a Suzuki DRZ400 weighing 293 along on my travels. I’ve found a number of hitches on Amazon I can purchase and say they have a tongue weight of 350 lbs. My motorcycle as mentioned weighs 293 lbs and the carrier I have weighs 50 lbs. Total weight 343 lbs, in theory under the max weight limit of 350 lbs. I’ve read this is not possible with a CRV, but also I’ve read it is. I wish to know if anyone has experience with a CRV. Or if you can give some insight. Thank you all, very much appreciated!

From experience with loading my '14 CR-V I think you're going to experience tire wear problems. I loaded my CR-V with some used towbars and accessories to take to an FMCA rally to sell, probably some 400#'s. Drove about 400 miles round trip and had actual chunks of rubber missing from the front tires. Took it in for an alignment and it was off some but not bad.

Our 2014 CR-V EX-L came from the factory with the factory hitch. Can’t tow above #1500 or #150 tongue weight.

Thanks cover dog, I was curious about what the weight increase may be over my 99 CR-V which was 1000-100. Was pretty sure OPs setup would exceed even an increased limit. I couldn't see an 06 being able to carry over 300#.
