Got a question,do I need to put signal lites on my trailer if I 'm only pulling a motorcycle. I never did,while I pulled it with my suv. The signal and brake lites can be seen clearly with the bike in toe.

States are different regarding towed vehicles, however I would say yes, even if your state does not require them (avoid citations in states that do).

Where I come from, anything under 3 foot requires a red flag, over 3 foot, lights.
I really would not want to test those waters. Magnetic lights are cheap
