New DP Toad question

We are getting a 2007 Monaco Knight 40SKT. Currently we have a 2500 Suburban. Weight wise it will be fine, it just seems like a a lot to tow.

I have towed everything behind my truck on trailers. Never 4 down. I don't want to buy another car to have as a toad.

Thanks,

Troy

Hi Troy,

Did you have a question about towing or just making a statement?

Should towing this toad be a concern.

Check your owners manual for towing four down instructions or if its towable four down.

If it's 4WD, it may be towable. 2WD is not towable.

Your owners manual will have all of the necessary info.

I towed a Yukon XL with no problems.

Your coach has the capacity to tow a vehicle that heavy, the question is do you really want to tow that weight? If the Suburban is 2 wheel drive it will need a drive shaft disconnect. Check out Remco Towing. They will tell you everything you need to set it up for towing. www.remcotowing.com/
