Now, our present one, a '15 JKUR, has adjustable height in the seat, as well as back angle etc. I'm 6' 2.5" and 240 and I fit pretty much just fine. Just wondering, did that new JL you tried, have adjustable height in the drivers seat?

Yes, it had the adjustable driver's seat. It seemed the same as My 2014 JK that I recently got rid of. I even checked with the Salesman and he agreed that I had the seat all the way down and all the way back. Sure hope it is different when they come out with the wrangler truck next year.

Still researching the Jeep web site and looking at the Rock Trac 4 x 4 system and it doesn't say anything about towing behind an RV. So for any JL Rubicon owner, can you confirm details from the owners manual?

Lass ... I assume this pertains to an automatic transmission. I am getting a manual, so hope this does not apply??

Thanks, just found the owners manual on line and it does show the sequence. I don't need another 50K mistake.

New Jeep: JL or JK?
Well we can add another JL to the group. Found this one on the lot with pretty much all the options that I would have ordered so this was easier and faster.

Lass ... glad to see you made it to 100% ... and the same color as the one I ordered.
Now we just need you to get it all set up for towing and tell us how you did it so we don't have to re-invent the wheel. We also like pictures
What did you do with the 2017 Jeep GC Summit?
Congratulations
FLSteve
PS ... for us two (2) door people ... last I heard was that 2-door production was supposed to start April 9th.

Thanks Steve. I don’t need 4 cars plus the RV so I traded the Summit before it lost to much of its value.
As for the tow set up, I’m waiting to see what Blue Ox has available for the baseplate and keep the rest of my tow equipment.
I’m also getting the Jeep harness when it’s released. They owe me.

We towed over 7,000 miles before our first wobble with our GC. I hope turns out to be OK but I still going to wait at least a year or before I upgrade. I really like the JL over the JK but I can't have two TOADS with the wobble.
