Sweet truck. Putting a rattletrap diesel would ruin it. I have a 02 lariat with 109000 on it. No repairs, just maintenance.

Sharp truck. I just recently starting towing my 2013 F-150. Just returned from a 4500 mile trip to PA to Yellowstone.

Unlike Dodge and Nissan, Furd has absolutely zero motivation to put a diesel in a 1/2 ton.

We are looking at another King Ranch possibly next year, but I will be looking long and hard at the Dodge 1/2 ton diesel.

Also, regarding the rattletrap comment, the new diesels are remarkably quiet. I have two friends I race with, one with the Ford 6.7L and one with a Duramax. Parked next to my F150, you can hardly tell they dont have sparkplugs. They really are that quiet now.

I used the Blue Ox setup along the Invisibrake. Have towed it over 5000 miles with no issues.
