I just looked at a new SUV at the Tampa show-the ACADIA...configured as a GMC, Buick or Saturn nameplate....but apparently NOT Chevy for some reason. A 46-4900 lb., V-6, 275HP in either FWD or AWD, both are towable with only one fuse removed. It appears this one will REPLACE the Trailblazer model, which will go away. Looks like and is sized about the same as an MDX or RX330. At dealers this week, so check it out.

We are working with a dealer and will place an order for an Acadia this week - we think it is a really slick vehicle and will make a great toad. Replaces our 2003 Chevy Tracker. We have all the options picked (few needed - it is very well equipped) and just have to decide on AWD vs FWD. Both are towable without mods.

No baseplates available yet, but both Blue Ox and Roadmaster are working on a Satrun Outlook (same chassis) and will tackle the Acadia next, assuming they can get a hold of one to see what is needed.
