It can be towed 4 wheels on the ground as per the Motor Home Magazine 2004 Dingy guide https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...hvv72vWYeq76aA

Towing it 4 wheels down is always easier. No need to find a spot for the trailer if the campground site isn't large enough. Checking the Roadmaster site Roadmaster Inc. - Tow Bars, Braking Systems & RV Accessories they make mounts for the 2004 Neon so it should be easily doable.

Of course double check the owners manual under recreational towing or the dealer to verify what Motor Home printed in it's magazine works for your specific vehicle.

If you can get away with four down, that's my favorite way. It's easier to hook up a four down toad than to hook up the trailer and then load the toad; you're towing less weight when you tow four down; you don't have to worry about where to park the trailer; your total length is shorter; but you can't back up. Make certain yout toad is towable, most vehilces aren't. The manual trans helps, but still may not be towable.

Store : Remco

According to Remco it is towable 4 down as is and that would be my recommended method.
