Thumbs down Nissan Leaf as a toad

I am wondering if a nassan leaf can be towed 4 down if the key is on as if it is being driven? I read somewhere you could not tow even with the front wheels on a dolly but if the car is on as if it is being driven, why could you not tow it. With it on, how would the car know it is not being driven. Of course the battery would be discharging but why would it not work?

Run the generator on the RV, plug the Leaf in. Problem solved

Not sure but I'm guesing you are referring to a Nissan? Try entering your vehicle make, model etc. into this site and see what pops up. Not all vehicles can be towed either on a Dolly or flat down on all four wheels.
