Angry No Response from CoolTech??

I have been trying to contact CoolTech for a couple of weeks, by phone and email. No Response. I am wondering whether this is typical of their customer service as we were considering buying the wiring harness but have some questions before ordering. Has anyone bought from them lately? Thanks.

This alone would make me very hesitant to deal with them.

I purchased a wiring harness for a buddies 2010 Jeep Wrangler about a month ago and bought a wiring harness for my 2011 about three months ago.

No problems with orders and shipped promptly after ordering.

Mike.

I agree. Not very professional IMO.

Thanks, Mike. We're still trying to decide on a wiring option for our 2012 Wrangler. I thought CoolTech would be a good choice but now I'm not so sure. I don't know why they don't answer the dang phone or respond to email questions. It's frustrating as heck.
