Ordering from RVFUN

Emailed to confirm what is in package with the Readybrute Elite. Website said the Clevis for blue ox base plates, cables and monitoring system were included.

no dice and they were extremely sarcastic. They just lost a $1000+ sale. Will probably go with RVadventure. They STILL have not changed the website.

I ordered from RV Adventure last year and am very happy with that decision. Their service was great. I highly recommend RV Adventure.

I bought from them......never again. The bottom line is RVadventure is about $30 less.

Dollars notwithstanding, Ended up ordering from HitchSource.com. Great service on phone. Patient and knowledgable. Ask for Dave. Msdse on the way within 2 days of ordering. Ordered late in afternoon to boot! Friend who owns a service station will do the install.

Finally.

Well, you've told US, but it might help if you print out the sarcastic email and the incorrect ad and mail it to the CEO of RVfun. It would cost you less than a $1 and who knows what will result? I believe in educating businesses, not just walking away with bad feelings.

BFlynn: Believe me, I know where u r coming from. However, at this point in my life, I don't have the time nor inclination of educating another business when they should know better in the first place. I enjoyed my conversation with a different vendor and even if it cost me a few bucks, it was well worth it. Thanks for ur feedback! (NO sarcasm intended!)
