Pontiac Solstice

So GM only says in their manual that for the Pontiac Solstice
Notice: Dolly towing or dinghy towing your
vehicle may cause damage because of reduced
ground clearance. Always put your vehicle
on a flatbed truck.

Blue Ox has a base plate for the 2007 Solstice and it shows someones yellow solstice with the baseplate on ready to tow. Since at least one person is doing this does any one know of whom it might be and what their experience has been. The fact that GM's Manual doesn't warn of transmission damage and other impending doom is interesting and could be another possible "fun" toad that would not otherwise be considered.

How about it?

Remco states that most are towable. 06-09 Manual trans are not.

Look for a section in the owner's manual titled "Recreational Towing." The towing you described may be for towing a disabled vehicle, not towing behind a motorhome. However, I don't see the 2007 Solstice listed in the Motorhome Magazine Dinghy Towing Guide, so towing 4-down may require modification.
