Popular Toads

I'm curious about toads and what the average Rv'er has to say about their experiences with them.

CRV's and Wranglers seem to be popular choices. I'm looking for the right Wrangler to tow.

Was towing an H3 Hummer. A bit on the heavy side but tows great. Have a Ford Edge now and it is 1500 lbs lighter maybe more and don't hardly notice it back there.

I've pulled Suzuki XL7, Lexus RX300 and a Miata. Liked them all.

I do see a lot of Jeeps being pulled.

We love the Jeep. One consideration when considering the toad vehicle (besides the ability to tow 4-down) should be the weight.

I'm very happy with my Ford Escape. We've heard of people with other Ford products having trouble with dead car batteries but that has never happened to us.

We have a 2004 Saturn Vue that we dinghy tow. Never had a problem towing it behind my 2008 Winnebago Vista32K. I have the Blue Ox tow bar and tow plate installed.

Our Honda Pilot is a FANTASTIC toad! We never know it's there unless we check the monitor.

I've been through two tow dollies and tried a Remco trans pump.

Now I tow my Jeep GC 4 down and it is a DREAM!
